He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Gloucestershire, London, United Kingdom, and has earned several professional certifications across key sectors.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Elite Logistics and Development Services Limited, Mr. Adesanya held senior executive management roles and played a pivotal role in international business negotiations for several blue-chip companies. Through these roles, he developed deep expertise in global strategy, high-level partnerships, and cross-border project execution.
A seasoned industrialist, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and proud Pan-Africanist, Mr. Adesanya strongly believes that Africa’s transformation can be achieved through technological innovation—particularly in agro-allied development, innovative security solutions, and inclusive empowerment initiatives targeting youth and women through skill acquisition programs.
Resilient and purpose-driven, he is a firm believer in collaboration and strategic synergy as pathways to meaningful economic development, job creation for Africa’s growing youth population, and the long-term eradication of poverty across the continent.

Enny Obioha is a 1988 BSc. graduate of Economics from the University of Jos after an emeritus secondary education at the federal government college Jos and has been a consummate executive manager with 26 years of experience in the power engineering and construction industry, oil and gas services, logistics solutions, and contracting.

Our Executive Director, Agro-Allied: Emmanuel Osilama Ihmagwe, is an astute agricultural economist and rural sociologist who has served various sectors within the Nigerian Agricultural Landscape for 28 years. His vast experience, especially in farmer aggregation and rural cooperative development, has created many MSMES within key agricultural value chains in collaboration with various strategic multilateral and unilateral developmental partners such as IITA, USADF, GEIDI, GTZ, SMEDAN, BOI, MIRSALMFB, etc.
